3rd Party Sellers: You are NOT AUTHORIZED to sell our products on Amazon, eBay or Etsy. Violators will lose wholesale status.

Care/Storage/Display: Handmade soaps MUST be stored and displayed in a climate controlled (cooled or heated to room temp), relatively DRY environment away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and high humidity which will cause them to sweat and lose their scent.

Shipping: We ship via USPS/UPS Ground to the USA only within 5-8 business days (M-TH only). You'll receive confirmation with a tracking #.

Changes: We cannot make changes after your order has been processed so please make sure it's correct before you check out.

​

Returns:  All wholesale sales are final, so please try our samples before ordering.

Incorrect, Damaged or Stolen Goods: If we've made an error or damage in shipping, please message us and we'll make it right. Save all boxes and contents. Photos may be required. It's your responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery location. We are not responsible for missing packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Minimum Price Policy: Do not set your retail prices (even sale prices) lower than 25% off the regular online retail prices ($10.00-11.00) shown on our retail site yayabutterbar.com. Selling too low hurts all of us.

Animal Testing: All of our products are cruelty free and most are vegan. A couple do contain honey, so check each ingredient list to verify.
